An integrated precision conical burr grinder grinds coffee on demand, delivering the correct dose directly into the portafilter. This ensures maximum freshness and allows you to tailor flavour to suit any roast or bean type.

For balanced extraction, low-pressure pre-infusion gently increases water pressure at the start of brewing. This helps extract flavours evenly across the coffee puck, resulting in a smoother, more consistent espresso.

Digital PID temperature control maintains water at the optimal brewing temperature, providing precise and stable heat for consistently excellent espresso shots.

The powerful manual steam wand lets you texture milk by hand, producing fine, silky microfoam that enhances flavour and allows you to create latte art just like a professional barista.
